I bought this Quad Preamp from the original owner in about 2008. It comes with the original box, original documentation, and the FU-2 foot controller. When I got it, one of the pots didn't work so I bought a replacement 250K pot from Boogie and installed it. Receipt for which is included. It has sat unused since then as other life stuff happened blah blah blah.
I had a tech check it out in late 2020 and he pronounced it working. Cosmetics are quite nice, full complement of tubes in it. The FU-2 footswitch is similarly clean as a whistle. A couple of the rack ear screws are missing. The original styrofoam blocks in the original box disintegrated from age.
I don't have a cable for the FU-2 but I believe it's a standard XLR cable. So why aren't there any pictures of the FU-2? I really don't want to open it back up and take a picture of the FU-2. The crate is 15" x 19" x 21 and weighs 36 lbs. The item "Mesa Boogie Quad Preamp And FU-2 Foot Pedal Controller 1989" is in sale since Friday, October 1, 2021.
